Why does NetX need location permission?
NetX requests location permission for specific features:
- Network cell location: To provide accurate network tower information
- Speed test optimization: To connect you to the nearest speed test server
- Network analysis: For advanced network diagnostic features
Important: Location permission is optional. NetX will work without it, but some features may be limited. We never track or store your location data.
Why can't I lock to 5G on my device?
There could be several reasons why 5G locking isn't working:
- Your device or carrier may not support 5G network locking
- Your area may not have 5G coverage
- Your device firmware may restrict network mode changes
- You may need to enable 5G in your device settings first
Try these steps:
- Check if your device and carrier support 5G
- Ensure you're in a 5G coverage area
- Update your device to the latest firmware
- Enable 5G in your device network settings
- Restart NetX and try again
How do I withdraw my winnings from FoxBattle?
Withdrawing winnings from FoxBattle is simple:
- Go to your wallet in the app
- Tap on "Withdraw"

- Submit the request
